Fastest way to level now?

Wondering if I can still use a higher level on a second account for self-boosting.

And failing that, is questing still faster than dungeons as a solo dps? Like don't bother even if there are a couple dungeon quests available?

as a solo dps questing has always been faster

I haven't done a crazy amount of lvling but I find as a healer / tank qing dungs is still faster, just dont repeat dungeons that you have done the quests in already.

You can youtube different methods, and they are all still highly relevant. I believe there's something called "method 0", which is basically boosting yourself by the use of instances. You don't even need a second account for it, but it'd make the process way easier obviously. If you don't have 2 accounts, just use some random person to form the party and have your 2 characters in the party and then kick / make the 3rd person leave afterwards. You then enter the instance on both your characters. You log on your low lvl and alt+f4. This acts as a "game crash" and will therefore not log out your character. You then log your high level character and run the mobs to your low lvl character and kill them. You'll be on a timer. Eventually your low level character will log out. Keep alternating between the 2 characters and slowly move your low level character more and more through the dungeon.

A quick way to level to the minimum requirements of entering the dungeons is to first do murloc camp at eastvale logging camp for 1-10 for alliance , worgen camp in one of the Undead zones, can't remember if it's in Silverpine forest or something 1-10. Spam dungeons after that.

Only problem with doing this for 15-60 is a lot of the instances for reworked to where you need to kill 1st boss before you can move onto the next. Though I bet you could still find an instance for every other level that have slaying and pickup item quests, that you can also chain mobs to beginning without them resetting.

Also on a side not you wouldn’t be getting random dungeon XP

So this method seems nice if you are leveling a dps that has to wait 30 min in queue, but for an instant queue class, idk if this would be efficient.

And would be a lot of work

I just leveled a mage post patch and arcane is still cheese at low levels if you really blow your mana. But if I kept mana pots relevant to my level + evocative, and yanks knew to pull a lot each trash pull, I could spam AE with 4 charges up and never go OOM. Also with shimmer at 30, you can blink ahead a lot and drink before group catches up.

Dps, if chanted and BOAs at low levels can really set the pace of a dungeon. This can lead to grip realizing they will level faster with you, and will more times than not, requeue. Thus avoiding long wait and making dungeon leveling for dps quite easy.

At higher levels I would recommend arena / bgs, they are giving so much xp rn, bg win is like 1/3rd of a lvl, arena is like 1/2 a bar+ took me like 2 hours per lvl or less depending on wins 100-110

Boosting is the way to go.
Stock/Ragefire to 38
Strathholme to 60
Ramparts to 80
Stormstout Brewery to 90
Level to 92 “normally” purchase garrison xp boost
Do just the bonus objectives and you will hit 98 in a couple hours.

/cheers

Questing might be more efficient for bfa content if you're solo dps (queuing while questing wouldn't hurt tho) cuz dps queues are easily 30min-2 hours long plus the gear is slightly lower ilvl than questing gear up till 120. Also, do the bonus objectives.
