I'd hate to have to wait for most of the summer until 3.2 comes out.
When I hired help farming ZG for my 59 shaman, I had a level 80 T7 geared shaman come in and solo most of the instance. I stayed one "map screen" away to prevent getting XP, then came and died for each boss fight for a chance to roll on dropped loot and still avoiding XP. Revive, retreat, repeat.
If you're also going for the ZG shoulder enchant, and you have gold to support this, you can usually talk someone into doing a "daily" with you, as opposed to an actual daily. I made the offer of 50G per ZG run, plus 9G per bijou and 1G per coin. After the first run, my hire told me to keep the 50G and just pay the bijou and coin cost, because he was having a blast soloing ZG bosses, which is still a good challenge for an 80. The key is finding someone who can communicate well and knows ZG, the former posing more of an issue than the latter.
Also, that's a lot of gold, but considering what you might pay for bijous and coins on the AH, it's a good deal for both of you.
