Farming Silk Cloth EASY on a 20, and Hyacinth Macaw at the same time. (1 - 225 FA)

Hmm, I need to try this, maybe the EPL farming ;p

Thanks for posting

I just wanted to say that two drops on WoWhead is a statisically insignificant number and we should not assume these have a higher drop rate of the pet. That said, it's better to farm things that can drop something interesting, than things that won't.

Thirk you think a mage would be able to make that farm? Or anyone else that can respond for that matter?

Marksmanship Hunters can farm critters way above their level easily (a friend of mine e.g. farmed the mobs and rares up to level 33-34 easily with an unEnhanced lvl 14), the class is just that unbalanced.

As spell-caster you're much more affected by Miss chance, I wouldn't try farming those 39's (or, more accurately, stop after the first 10 minutes of missing ;) )

For example, my favorite 'Alliance Silk Farm' is Dun Modr (mob-farming Healing Pots as Alliance is silly). With my Rogue I had little issues, with my Arms Warrior none at all, with my Mage I missed critical spells left and right.

For my Horde toons the Ogres in the Alterac Mountains are prime Silk targets. I prefer to park a toon at Wallace for my pots.

*BONUS SECTION*: for Leathers I prefer the crocolisks near Pyrewood Village: high spawnrate, high droprate of both multiple Light Leather and Medium, and a Vendor nearby (as Horde) to sell off crap.
