    • Its come to my attention that AP horde has alot of people on for premades but little to no pay to play players available to facilitate premades.



    I'm on a quest to get tabard of the achiever on my druid, and all I need is a faction change. but with these above developments i may stay.



    so im asking the community, would YOU be upset if i factions and had unobtainable items to horde players on horde?



    i personally dont see the problem because horde desperately needs the help.

    I run AP premades almost every day/night.
     
    I have boa helm, been on AP for a few days and have been asked once about it, was no big deal. If people have a problem with it just ignore them. Or they can keep grouping with the 24s/85 who kills them in the arena.

    but im also looking at it from a pugging point of view, bringing in a decent player who knows whats going on could possibly make pugs a bit better.

    If it's to get an achieventment, whoopy doo; not too many ppl will bitch about that.



    Ppl will complain tho if you make a thread saying: "First lvl 20 to get 25 tabards" since you technically are a P2P and u did a faction change.

    Ppl will complain tho if you make the faction change and you stay horde(you'll have gear that's not available to horde), vice versa if you faction change back to alliance with horde gear.

    im not 100% decided if ill be staying or not, depending on how horrible it is over there. i will be putting together a balance set since im over there, and i dont care about being the first person with the tabards, i just want it cause its cool

    Just don't wear alliance-only items items in BGs, or horde-only if you faction back. That seems like a simple solution to me.
     
    I didn't understand this entire thread. If your motivation is to help the Horde be able to group up, then roll another character on that side. Your reasons for wanting to transfer seem to not have anything to do with that, though... this surprises me, this seems unlike you from what I've come to know of you. *shrug*
     
    I was under the impression that you were factioning for an achievement. If you just want to gain a gear advantage then it's counter-productive. More active 20s under f2p restrictions will help horde a lot more than 1 overgeared toon.



    It's a slippery slope that could end in an arms race that trivializes f2p. That's why I don't approve of p2p gaining any combat advantage.

    I personally don't have any problem with it, especially since your p2p, we are fortunate that you aren't using +15 agi enchants and guild reward heirlooms!
     
    i'll have to think a little more, i dont want to become a problem in the community but i do what the tabard, but unsure it warrants 60 dollars worth of transferring.

    are you Lofa? I'm not sure, but Invictusa told me your going for Guardian of Cenarius? If so, I might start grinding some keys

    . I helped him with "the Diplomat" while I was doing it for my f2p, but considering the grinding involved for Guardian of Cenarius I don't think its all too realistic. Do the math and you will probably come to the same conclusion!
