So i decided to pick up the krom gar leather pieces and during my quests i found this wyvern, Rare/elite did not scale down in level (to my lvl20) And hit like a truck (7-800)

I believe you can only get that from Salvage Yard boxes, unless when they brought him back they added that again to the loot table.

I didn’t check to confirm this, though I found a recent hotfix patch note related to this thread’s topic:

• Various rare hunter pets around the world are now correctly level scaling again.

a hunter can revive a pet in 1.5 sec, stand a distance away so u got time to res pet, while he is 4 shotting ur pet u can make distance again.. and revive again etc. and kill pretty strong mobs. Or perhaps kite it.
