Extreme rare Mounts lootable but not useable?

can someone confirm a mount drop with a very low droprate in open world on lvl 20?
like time lost proto drake / aeonaxx or one of these list

As for mop wb, you don't get any loot from tagging them at lvl 20 - but there was a post here, that bonus roll from coin was working, uncofirmed atm.
Same for bfa fishing, i had extremely bad luck on it and drop for 20s is questionable - but i gonna give it another shot watching inc RWF streams.

I'm guessing 99% yes, as this isn't an instanced questline. One of my biggest regrets is I didn't realize I should have just left the Doomhammer quest hanging so I can keep hold of both the teleport to Deepholm AND the flying elemental button until I already turned it in rip lol.

I bagged the TLPD years ago on a vet 20. Had to sub to level the toon to 27 to learn the mount.

No, but @Cristi got the Galleon mount back when he was level 20. So it’s likely we can g3t all the MoP world boss mounts.

the first 3 yes, and if im right, the last one is the direhorn, and you need to be 50 for the last quests in the chain, so that one’s a nope.

Ayup! I farmed there exclusively because I don't really like invading overlevelled zones on anything other than hunters (too lazy to farm for twink gear on alts) and I got that mount on a drood alt.

Abyssal Fragments for that weirdass summon drops there too fyi.
