It's a hack.I think there's a way to do it though. You can try spam prt screen really fast and it lags out your fPS until you stop. But mostly I think it's a hack.

that's a wall climb hack. there was/is a few well known programs that can do thats stuff. WoWplus for instance.

Its not a hack. It just modifying the game´s code to do stuff that isn´t intended. Sheesh.
