Since everyone is scaled to 19 now, I say yes. If it were how it was before that, I'd vote no. It's not fair to people just trying to have some fun while leveling.

As a twink, most definitely yes. If I were leveling up and decided to have fun with pvp, most definitely not

It would actually increase the twink population, as people would get the concept of twinking while they are getting uber pwned in random bgs.

I agree with [MENTION=17829]Roboartist[/MENTION], they would see the powers of twinks for themselves.

In addition, given the fact that BoAs will now be purchasable with gold in 6.1, practically anyone will be able to compete versus a twink on some kind of equal ground.

It was understandable that when Blizzard originally segregated the two brackets, the gear difference between a twink and a typical leveler was immense. Now, with scaling, easy access to BoAs and a higher health base, any player could compete against a twink.

In other words, MERGE THEM TOGETHER!
