Hey ladies, Unplugged/Dan here, with permission I'd like to give a few notes and hopefully some motivation?
This will be super tl;dr, so it is meant to be taken in bits, and this is merely from the games yesterday. But some of the clips I found were general things that the faster you improve on them, the faster you can move forward.
I am your biggest fan.

After playing with you guys briefly today, the first thing I heard in coms, were lack of confidence in rogue. Now REAL FUCKING TALK.
If you're not feeling rogue, or whatever the 8th, 9th, and 10th filling spots are - outside of the pretty mandatory 7, then that's FINE. But don't do it for the wrong reasons.
Coming into this bracket and premading in general, atleast in the few brackets I've played. Almost anything works. It's all about comfort and self understanding/awareness. How ever goofy that sounds, it's true!
This means, that with every comp you play, you need to know what you are, before going into the matches. You need to play your comp and you need to play your opponents comp - not just playing your own classes.

Comp tips - (+Rogue Special)
All you need, is to know why you run rogue and what it beholds. There should be a REASON for everything, and you should KNOW what that reason is before you do it.
So in the example of running a rogue in your group. Or atleast this lineup; the 2k15 Twink Cup fever. YOUR WHOLE comp evolves around the rogue. Just to quickly compare it to something else, lets make an imaginary situation where you were weird and ran 2 warlocks. Suddently, almost regardless of the other classes, your whole comp is built around these 2 warlocks. And it's your job as a team to secure these warlocks get their shine.
Which also brings up why it's so easy to play the 4healing comp, or the other casual compositions that people play, because they're so easy and basic and don't surround itself by anything, they just cover all the areas in an above 'averagely' great way.
(+Rogue Special rant)
Okay so instead of just ranting on, I'll give you visuals you can relate to and we can go from there:
Visuals - Ingame Moment links
Basics, general & 'advanced' stuff you need to know.
(Rogue)
If you wanna use rogue, utilize it from start to finish. Use it's UTILITIES. Even if the opposing groups runs another healer or a dps in middle to up their advantage there, the least you can do is make one of their players not play the game the first 10-14 seconds of the opening mid fight????
- Let rogue get boots and lust boomie for the optimal opener. Rogue should be able to reach a sap. Or atleast wait back tilll he gets it. Yes, enemy team will be combat bugging, but you can't combat bug if you're not a healer or a hybrid. Hense Warrior if nothing else works. Healers / Warriors are bis mid sap targets. Get on that shit.
Where your head needs to be the opening midfight & Openers.
MINDSET, prioritation of OBJECTIVES after/when in mid!!
Sitting on d after caps, and when
SECURE YOUR CAP.

Don't do this. - Pick your fights
Random, cool
Situational advantage. Sweet
HUGE, general knowledge, team mistake/POOLING recources into the VICTORY.
DON'T waste your OPENERS (rogue)
Situational decision making, really gj - ditching a dieing team to save objectives.

Gimping zerk targets - +1 (utilizing stealthers)

SO, SO, SORRY for the SUPER tl;DR.
I was hoping some of it would be useful, and even tho it is a big mouthful, you could look back every now and then to make sure they're in order. Which is why I wanted to point out more than just one thing. Maybe some seek interest, maybe some don't.
But I tried!

First of, - you guys rock. You're by far my favorite team, and definitely the ones im rooting for right now.
You will do great.
But in order for you to do greater than great, there's a few things that need to be touched on? Even though you'll probably learn these things later on, or some of you as individuals allready are aware, I figured, it was worth a shot atleast trying to help.
I see us longer down the line, once you guys get in full shape, premading back and forth with some really close and intense matches, so thats why all of this benefits me too. But besides that, I do genuinely find it interesting and wish to help!
Now I understand you guys are bigshots at either endgame or the 20 brackets+, and being willing to take critic requires respect, and even though I may not have that from a majority of your pack, I ask for you to atleast try and trust!
Aaanyway...

In example, if you compare your rogue to the 4th healer, the only benefit of really running that 4th guy is... well heals? Think about it, if you're able to hold your own with the 3 and do your job, the last guy does not even come close to benefit you as much as the most objective class in the game.
Obviously by running 4, it gives you more room for error and grants you more versatility for breaking off heals to help objectives or defending flags.
But if you're able to maximize the usage of playing the 3 healing comp, you're able to land kills in mid and hunters perfect their rotations and situational shit - I promise you something like rogue will pay off. You'll start 3-0ing fools in 5minutes.
I'm not telling you to play rogue, I'm just personally saying 1. you can definitely pull it off. and 2, you shouldn't move away from it for the wrong reasons.

- Now back to the rogue.
Running a rogue means that your comp evolves around it. But since every class is different naturally, whatever you decide your comp to evolve around- changes. Rogues are great for 1shotting fools, ganking efcs and all that usual jazz. But what makes them great is INFORMATION. And the THREAT you have by just being IN the game. It makes the OPPONENT HAVE to take you into accountant.
The reason why hunters are so fucking good are utility in the sense of team buffs and information. Information is knowledge, and knowledge is power, man.

Where your head needs to be the opening midfight & Openers.
- https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=17m13s (opening mid fight) - In theory, on an even playing field, you'll need your rogue to open middle in order to win it. Sometimes it's not the case, but you should prepare for the worst. If possible check positionings on healers, if you can cordinate a swap on someone and meanwhile kicking a healer and silencing another or 2 if you're lucky, it'll properly fuck up their day.
- But think about it, do it abit after your team has swapped, not simultaniously. Make sense?
(Ps. https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=17m27s Gj robby for kicking surge. Rarely anyone in mid ever dies before the first 1 or 2 surges have been cast. Punish boomies for being out of position.)

MINDSET, prioritation of OBJECTIVES after/when in mid!!
- https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=18m18s - If the opening midfight is won, either by your rogue opening or not, you need him to sprint back to objective play. You should have a concious backbone rule, or atleast be aware, that you should rarely if ever aim to kill an efc after he's picked the flag and is not in flag room. it requires you to send so many recources to chase and lock down a good fc. If you're able to catch him before he gets the pick, or be in the flag room before he gets the pick* - and/or right after, you'll be way more effecient, this counts for either 1 hunter being there, and communicating with rogue where he'll go, and vice versa, having rogue feed him information. Read THE OPPONENTS TEAM. If you see them moving one way, imagine how they're all screaming at their fc where to go.
(General hunter/good knowledge)
-*Back last twinkcup, when I originally arrived to the US servers, we found out, that, as the usual mid clash, if a hunter broke off 30 seconds-ish after the engagement in middle, and went back up tunnel, he would beat their efc and be in the flag room before he arrived. Seriously tho, if you can catch the efc before he gets the pick, or be in the flag room when he gets it, thats almost a guarenteed kill. Way more effecient than chasing him around after.
Fyi, there's so much emphasis on your hunters btw. They can be the absolute deciding winning factor of the game.

Sitting on d after caps, and when
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=23m12s - after you've capped the flag, and you've put alot of recources into doing so, you're almost with certainly gonna wipe. You then have 2 choices, sit on d as fc, or sprint for the pick. You don't pick the inbetween option and cut efc outside of tunnel. Like I said, if you can't meet efc while inside your base, don't waste energy on meeting him at all. Think of it this way, and this isn't assigned to fc, rogue, hunter or anyone specific. But for every person you have inside the base - enemy team has to send that + atleast 1 more to contest it. Winning numbers is super important. And if they don't account for the stealthies/people defending correctly, they're gonna lose the pick and you've officially delayed the game.
SECURE YOUR CAP.
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=25m29s if you're team is winning middle, or atleast contesting their tunnel AND you have a pick secured, you as an objective comp need to put all recources into securing your cap. That means rogue should be there or near (or the other way around (your base)) and 2nd hunter should be on his way or atleast ready. If either your rogue or your hunter is before the other in the base, it's usually okay, especially rogue, since they can buy loads amounts of time by themselves for the others to catch up.
Cutting EFCS when you're IN base/SMART POSITIONING
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=25m57s I have no idea why roula picked here. But sick cut. Even if it was concious or not, since your team is dead, HIS team is obviously telling him to go tunnel since they have that controlled. BUT if you wanna perfect that, you should probably have rogue positioned ToT. Since you can jump down if hunters call for tunnel, but not the other way around, else sick job.
After you land your kill on efc, get on that objective duty. Be their worst nightmare, get back to their teams GY and buy as much time as possible, they're not gonna cap the flag if there's no one there to even pick it? If you're able to take their fc out of the game completely, you're more worth than him.

Don't do this. - Pick your fights
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=30m59s - Don't bother fighting 1v2's. Or actually 1v1's unless your team had mid. You've got the right idea, be on D, but its only to get number advantage, since their fc Will be forced to pick with another person if they wanna secure flag. So just run whenever you see someone halfway through tunnel.
Random, cool
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=32m35s - Too bad there wasn't another repick, woulda been game.
Situational advantage. Sweet
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=33m31s - Dope. Sick situational decision and positioning.
HUGE, general knowledge, team mistake/POOLING recources into the VICTORY.
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=33m59s - this is where biggest team mistake is made. It's 2-2, you're down the cap and you've got solid control of enemy team at gy and will/have wiped them. Rogue/hunters should be in enemy flag room, and/or on their way there, since its the last cap sacrificing all you recources for this is worth it. Send all the utility you to corner who ever is there to get the pick. You have 5 people who are mobie and able to contest objectives, send them all. This should 100% had been game.
DON'T waste your OPENERS (rogue)
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=41m28s - If mid is over, don't bother opening. Play objectives. Even if you had gotten the kill it would have made close to no impact on the game. you delaying their pick, or helping your fc cross woulda been way better.
Situational decision making, really gj - ditching a dieing team to save objectives.
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=42m21s - Rare but sick decision making on Snug to ditch middle to contest an almost secure flag death if he hadn't went to save Lenny. Too bad he dies anyway further on, but that's just silly miscommunication and some movement hesitation/panicking that you won't make again.
Put your numbers in the right locations SUPER essential you need to know!!
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=47m39s - You've just completely wiped them mid, and you're about to send enough recources to secure the pick, get people on d. Send all you have while the remaining team buys time gy till they wipe due to number loss.
Gimping zerk targets - +1 (utilizing stealthers)
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=01h04m35s - Sick gimp on zerker target. And it happened before anything major in middle, BUT REMEMBER TO TAKE THAT FUCKING BODY. You didn't manage to actually win middle or push them back later, which was just general lack of swaps/pressure mid play, you'll get better at later, but you should have won, especially when quickly after, both hunters go to contest your fc, and they're now down 2 numbers in mid.
Don't f*kin get desperate, BE PATIENT, ALWAYS.
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=01h15m52s - WAAAAAY too desperate opener. it's a 1-0 game with 8 minutes left on the clock and 30% stacks with his whole team alive, get your team in a better spot and try support with a regular mid kill instead.
Next level situational decision making - Stealthers
https://secure.twitch.tv/thenwl/v/57096720?t=01h19m57s - This is a pretty debately and super hard position to be in right here. But I would say, as soon as you saw that hunter breaking off as fc escort, you should have realised the chances of killing him are gone. I would have sprinted to gotten the pick and bought atleast 30-sec to maybe a minute if you're really lucky. As the hunter would be the only one to chase you. And in this hypothetical scenario where their fc overextends, you could have dropped flag on roof, jumped down for a potential sap on shaman (since no more combat from hunter - who is probably on ramp to roof), and maybe gimp a kill on fc, maybe even have help as lenny woulda been close. If not, just let them get the cap and go for delays as lenny would be close for a potential quick cap.
