Everyone remember the WotF nerf?

Apparently a lot of people have quit the game because of it. If you don't believe me go to the blizzard site hit cancel subscription, there will be a drop down menu hit other than go to the next drop down menu, and I think about the 10th reason is the WotF nerf.

I predicted this would happen and even made a post about it on the WoW forums, did they listen? No they didn't even take the time to respond. I know they read it because it kept getting bumped by at least 4 different people and they have enough people that one blue is reading the TR forums.

this is SO very old (i canceled my sub in october and it was there). but it is true.



the worst part is that there was/is no option to select the nerfs/changes to twinking over the last few patches. akin to spitting in our eyes or slapping our faces, no?
 
I'm pretty sure the list is chosen from most recent complained reasons with the most complains, not just random things that happened. The nerf to twinks was indirectly to twinks. It just happened to hit us. Blizzard did not look into their magical crystal and foresee that this would happen.
 
they knew it would happen, it was their solution to the twink problem all the while. they merely added an nonxp option to appear as if they cared. i bet 1000-1 odds that they knew their wasnt dense enough twink populations to support this, pre patch. and then once the patch hit and months after blizzard still hasnt merged any BGs or done shit to help.



the fact that they dont even list it as a quitting option (and people certainly quit over it, and im sure they clicked 'other' and told blizz) just shows how little they care about anything but shit at the level cap.



look how they even recycle raid content. sure its also b/c their lazy....but its also appealing. people from BC or even LK get to now experience naxx, something only hardcore people got in vanilla, or bored/interested people got in bc (and even then it wasnt a cakewalk), and vets got to re-experience old content with slight UGs and feel nostalgic. same with ony, and im sure it wont end there. its a win-win with minor complaints. most everything blizz does is carefully calculated.



also it couldnt be that current since i saw it months ago. they picked it to see if too many people quit & then they maybe consider nerfing it. its like auto companies and recalls....does it cost more to recall the product (wotf nerf) or more to pay law suites (money lost from closed accounts).
 
People who quit due to the nerf of one race specific ability probably shouldnt be playing the game in the first place.

There was a thread on this over a month ago, I even posted a screenie.
 
wotf has a 45 sec timer so you can't PVP trinket after

i switched a UD rogue to alliance to get some items, after the latest WoTF nerf, not paying $$ to come back and then have to pay $$ to switch to another horde race. now i have 2 HU 19 twink rogues...LOL...should i play the male on fridays and female on saturdays



i also have a UD 38 warrior and 68 rogue that i have stopped playing.



call it whining if you will. but overall in the time i have been playing UD and overall IMO horde races have been shafted on racial nerfs and no mega rebuffs like my alliance players (gnome and dwarfs are the exception...blizz hates them too)
 
The two biggest WotF nerfs are WotF no longer being a buff just a use effect, then now it's sharing a CD with PvP trinket.

i'm really hoping that racials get more 'op', but more balanced (if you got that)



i want the race you pick to be a much more important decision, and racials to become way more powerful, but at the same time balanced



not the bogus ally racials and laughable horde ones (minus belfs)
 
If races become a huge decision well then almost every single blood elf is going to need to reroll. (here's looking at the the fact 60% of my server is blood elfs.)
