Every Gloves Tinker on 70

Useless for a lot of people if it's a BoE or PvP gloves you're using.
 
Oh god, more synapse / tazik around, the bracket will get better for sure.

No it isn't. Using the tinker binds the item to you. This only works for instance drops.
 
sry i thought u wrote bop, yea its not woring on boe or pvp items but nice to use on bis pve gear
