is free from a mage quest before 39, not that much.
The only people who will want it are mages who forogt to get the mage wand (aka, bad planners, probably not top notch twinks, so wont pay too much), and epic players who want a max SP set but missed the naxx opening wand... and these will probably pay in excess of 1k; if you can find one.
Probably try for around 250-500 depending on whos buying it, your server economy, etc.
You can also get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=10766 from a boss mob in RFD so I'm not sure how much people would be willing to pay for that, I guess it just depends on how lazy they are.
