There's really no point in doing this. We aren't in the past, people need to learn that (Unfortunately, this includes those who stick to full wotlk gear. BiS is not longer those items I'm afraid).

I enjoy playing with it, the same way Splosion enjoys being bis with some cata gear, it's just personal preference i guess.

It's useful if you ever plan to just let the char get dusty and unused, to "pretend" that you had it back in the day. The only exception to the rule will be trinkets when MoP comes, because the alchemy trinket will likely no longer be BiS. (assuming some of the viewed profession changes, it's definitely not BiS)
I already said it, but we're not in the past. If you didn't get the gear when it was current, there isn't exactly any point in it at all. Performing at 90% (or less) output isn't my idea of fun.

ICC 25 HC gear is BIS for some classes + RS 25 HC like my mage.

Not in all slots. This is barely true for agi users, and especially not for casters.

I have taken a look at ICC + RS 25 HC vs Cata and i only use neck cloak belt hands 1ring 1 trinket + weapon as cata.
So mainly for fire PVE i have more woltk gear then cata.

So why should you no't do icc 25hc /rs 25 hc with only icc gear / rs gear and enchants proffs pots flaks, just becuase it exsist cata stuff so you NEED to use it? makes no sense.

So you've picked the spec that you basically use more wotlk gear than cata gear because that's a spec that dislikes mastery? Shocking. I bet you're still grasping hold of that precious 284 sword as well.
I'm going to address your entire post separately, just to avoid confusing you. Making it a challenge is fine, but finding 24 other people willing to go for that same challenge is really not possible, especially in this bracket. It's possible in 70s sure, but even then you might get 1-2% interest out of the whole community. Not exactly much.

Because it's better. I fail to see how artificially gimping yourself because you want to use inferior epics rather than the cataclysm blues. There's honestly no reward for doing ICC this way, and given that despite Aelobin's best efforts, we couldn't even clear ICC with a full 80s group. Go ahead and use the wotlk in 85 pugs, since you barely do anything there anyway (unless you're a healer) it doesn't even matter.
Then, in my personal opinion, you're wrong. And because of that, we're going to disagree. If you want to wear full wotlk gear, go play a private server. On live, it isn't best in slot, sorry. Trying to poke at me because I think you're stupid for gimping yourself isn't going to make your point any more valid I'm afraid.

and i still pwn 95 % of the dpsers in ICC 25 HC with 85 pugs in my ICC gear.
And i don't dislike mastery i just know crit haste is better then mastery tested it out on every icc boss with reforge.
