[EU] 70 Shaman and/or 80 Warrior LF Raids.

Hi,
I am looking for a guild or group of people that raid at level 70 and/or 80.
My characters are:
Shaman level 70 - currently elemental for pve and pvp. Would prefer to be elemental for raiding but happy to respec to accomodate needs. Currently in need of pve gear.
Warrior level 80 - tank/fury. Currently kitted out in full Ulduar gear.
Both my characters are currently on Horde Twisting Nether EU, but I would consider a server and/or faction change for the right guild!

For a level 70 raiding guild, I'd recommend Psychosis @ Magtheridon - Game Guide - World of Warcraft .
They raid with TBC gems and enchants. I think they also have some gear progress restrictions, e.g. no sunwell gear when you are doing Karazhan.
