Hello
I was wondering if you would min max everything, what is all the gear to get? I am ready to sub at some point to get all the optimal enchants and gems, but will start with the gear grinding. I am planing to make a plate char. bcz my reasearch shows the can get the chest, boots and wrists to proc with sockets from TBC dungeons with ilvl 87. Just to get those all to proc on a single char will prob take years, but I will refer you to the title :). Anyhow, can the quest drop pieces also proc tert. stats? So would the BiS be an epic speed proc with sockets?

This is maybe more of a theory post than actual possible reality. But just wondering if I would like to min max everything and to take a subbed month here and there is not a problem, what would the absolute BiS for all slots be for a level 20 fury warrior with all possible procs and so on?

I looked at what it takes to get full warforged, sockets and speed (now changed to leech or speed) but more for a level 10 or 11 (I didn't want to input all the drops and items for 2 more dungeons):

Looking in the armory is always a great spot to gauge at what you may need.
 
It should take less than 40k runs . You don't need all to be speed tert as it caps at 49%. You'd get the Epic proc for chest/boots which will boost your speed by 5*7 = 35. Further reduce the runs. Maybe 10k?
 
Tbh by the time you'll be BIS, chances are the gearing process will have changed and WF'ed gear might not even be BIS anymore. In SL, WF'ed would've been ilvl 26 thus weaker than ilvl 28 / ilvl 25 sockets TBC gear and there is no guarantee it won't be the case again in some way, shape or form.
That said if you feel like it then by all means enjoy yourself and good luck :)
