Not only are they not looking at low level PVP balance they are making it even worse. You guys who aren't FOTM must be real die hards to keep paying for this crap.

steady shot & cobra shot also had their cast times increased. if you close minded twits would look at the larger picture (end game) then you would realize it's necessary for hunters
