Not BiS belt and missing hit gear causing a huge DPS drop in white damage.

Ivix's armoury is a good starting point, but the lack of hit is not a good thing. Change the heirlooms to the rogue leather ones, the belt to deviate scale belt and use ello's band and your hit chance will increase significantly.

Just wondering but for since i cant get ahold of two BOA maces wouldnt Scout's Blade - Item - World of Warcraft be a good replacement for now

if you dont have BoA maces then i would use skele club MH and possibly a skele on OH as well since it can proc off lava lash. However Razor's Edge is pretty tasty too, though abit fast.

Yeah or [item]Screecher Belt[/item] is a good choice too.
