This item holds much value to lots of players, FCS can use to get out of sticky situations but cannot use while holding flag, as a healer or a dps this item is also useful for such things as repositioning when taking to much dps as a healer or dps trying to get passed the opposite team without being noticed. As long as yo have no dots on you or are bubbled you are stealthed for 10 seconds... Again 10 seconds stealthed taking damage or casting will remove the stealth but still useful in all situations.

This item is learned through goblin engineering. This item is used as another instant cast cc.. It requires some range to cast but is still a key item to solo dpsing healers and FCS, the item it self has 5 uses before you need to craft another but mats are still very cheap... Any one from healer to FC can benefit from this item.
