Enchants removed off items in guild bank after sending in mail

Hey everyone, just here to give everyone a heads up because I have been making a few level one twinks lately and had some white gear in my guild bank that I didn't use anymore and might need later. I made a level one mage to see how frost fire bolt would go and when I took my Battle Worn Handguards out of the guild bank they had the 10 haste chant on still and when I took them out the mail they were broke and the enchant was gone. 10 haste is hard for me to get on gloves so im not so happy about it BUT my Fine Scimitar with the grandfatherd Fiery Blaze Enchantment had broke aswell and the enchant was gone. I opened a ticket and blizzard said there was no way of showing that it really had the enchant. Hope no one else looses any good enchants like I did.

You sent me flying to my gbank to see if my Deadman Dagger - Item - World of Warcraft with Fiery Blaze Enchantment - Item - World of Warcraft was still there

It is fine as well as my other enchanted white items Wispy Cloak - Item - World of Warcraft with Formula: Enchant Cloak - Dodge - Item - World of Warcraft

As for them not being " no way of showing that it really had the enchant" that is incorrect ... repetition because they can

Update - My Deadman Dagger which was in my bags no longer has the Fiery Blaze enchant on it! Same is true with +12 Dodge from my Wispy Cloak
