Savior of the 70 bracket.

L2 Internet

Get a proxy IP or just change your skype ip ( in options )

Thxzbai
There is no such thing as a "skype ip".
The only field in the entire skype options menu where you can enter an ip address is where you enter the ip of your proxy (if you have one).
But because skype is retarded, it will only use the proxy if no other connections are available, which means people can still trace your ip through a skype resolver.
So you need to somehow block all other connections to skype (I just used windows firewall).

Anyway, now that Cyanerd was so smart as to tell everyone that he is incapable of changing his ip, running his skype through a proxy wouldn't even help him, as whoever is ddosing him could just write down his ip right now.

HOW TO:

1. Click the "Skype" icon in left corner
2. Click on "Privacy"
3. Click on "Advanced"
4. Click on "connection"
5. Make sure the "Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections" is unchecked.
A little further down, you can choose from "Automatic proxy detection", "HTTP" and "SOCKS5". Choose SOCKS5
A little further down again, you see the "Host". Delete whatever it current is, and type in 127.0.0.1. In the port type in 9050

Now make sure the "Enable Proxy Authentication" is unchecked.
A little further down make sure the "Enable uPnP" is Checked.
(Allso make sure the "Allow direct connections to your contacts only." is unchecked.

Note: I have been using this technique for some time now, and it is working. Several times ive been avoiding DDoS

As I said, Skype will only use that connection if no other connections are available. As It's set up in your picture, people will still be able to trace your ip using a resolver.

Also It's completely irrelevant, because as I mentioned, Cyanerd already told us that he is incapable of changing his ip, which means that hiding his ip from a resolver wouldn't matter, as whoever is ddosing him already HAS his ip.
