MH is ok for DKs, you could use it over brutal for the looks. You lose some AP & resilience, but the high end damage and dps is still higher than Brutal's. Anyway ,OH is utter bullshit. Your obliterates will hit like a wed noodle with 1.4(or was it 1.6?) speed weapon. So just use Brutal Gladiator weapon in your off-hand instead of glaive.



In short, go with MH glaive and Brutal OH.

I think that the Main Hand is in fact BIS dual weild for Death Knights along with a slow off hand ( anything with 2.6 as minimum )

If the 70's priority was stated into Raid Chat, than you can make a ticket to the Game Master and he should give it to you, as well as an apology.

Wile if it was stated in whisper or in trade chat, than you can do nothing about it.

Always ask the raid leader to announce loot rules in raid chat before you go. Then take a screenshot just in case. Also it kinda depends on the GM you get. Answer I've been given vary from almost "sucks to be you" to "Thank you for blablabla. Enjoy your items."

A screanshot means nothing, they simply trach the raid chat and check from there, screanshots can be photoshoped, so Game Masters dont really make any use of those.

Off hand is just too fast, the haste wont make up for it.

That's true. Ever since the change Obliterate hits with both weapons instead of one slower weapons have been better. Most of Death Knight damage comes from abilities anyway, not auto attacks.

Most deathknights rolling with glaives say this, try to go into detail of how a 2.6 offhand could be better it they just end up saying 'idc its a game i like for looks glaives are cooler', etc.
