Hands down Balance is.
[doublepost=1519244832,1519244515][/doublepost]Feral can be fun too along with Resto if you run the right talents, but Balance is more user friendly; has good mobility, spread damage, single target damage and good for kiting. However, if u run with Lunar Inspiration as a feral u can pull close to as much damage as balance does in this bracket.
