OK as the title say i need a ring to my druid fc! i have the seal of argas as first ring and for 2nd ring i got blood ring, but i know there are better stam rings out there for me. please help. I'm ally and don't won't to faction change.

Replace Blood Ring with Garrosh's Pardon. I believe that +5sta per ring slot is max non gf'd.

I saw you already have 3 thread, each for the intention of finding a single item for your druid FC so I'll try and give you most of the answers in one post.chardev 9
All the items are still acquirable, tarantula silk sash is grandfathered as a drop, however you can still buy it from other players but it will be costy. Use Vigorous belt of the monkey/stamina instead if you cant get TSS. Professions are about preference, the most used is herbalism/mining. Herbalism is a must, mining you can swap out for engineering if you like bombs (which, when used correctly are worth a lot more than 70hp). You can also use skinning instead of mining/engi, if you like to play balance/feral a lot aswell, but for FC, get engi/mining.

If you're horde only, use argas + garrosh pardon. You will need to switch bracers to either Black Wolf Bracers (4 stam, 3 agi, 3 crit) from SFK, or Wranglers wristbands of stamina (+5 stam) which is a world drop.

If you're alliance only, use argas + Ello's band.

Also you will see on the armory I have +7 stamina on boots, but consider using Minor Speed usually for kiting indoors. When you hit 4 debuff stacks, switch to +7 stamina since you gain nothing from the speed boost after that.

Grand Staff of Jordan is a viable alternate for hammer + pouch aswell. While sacrificing 3 stamina, 3 spellpower and 2 spirit, you gain 3 more resilience and 6 more hit from the staff.

If you have any more questions about Druid FCing and such, I would recommend to read the following threads:
http://www.twinkinfo.com/19-twink-guides/6715-19-druid-guide.html (best 19 druid guide out there)
http://www.twinkinfo.com/15-19-bracket/18710-19-pvp-player-tips.html (19 PvP tips from fellow TwinkInfo people)

Also terrain jumps are a thing that will help you to keep alive a lot, so I recommend learning those. There are a few videos in the druid guide I linked, and you can also search youtube to find a lot of these videos.

Happy twinking! :)

Intellect is quite an important stat since you're gonna need that mana, sp and spellcrit to keep alive when you're FCing alone, but when you got healers, it's not as important and you might aswell switch some items for more avoidance instead of int. :)

Resil>stam>armor>int>rest

Hit capping is always interesting, but not 100% necessary for FCing
