Drop 1HW as hunter

Hello, I am trying to solo farm Darkwater Talwar from BFD and it never drops. Is it possible as a hunter to drop 1hw from a dungeon? I remember a week ago I did a Gnomergan run with a group and Electrocutioner Leg dropped for me but I am not sure if this happened because I had a warrior on party that passed it.

you need to have someone higher than 60 in your group for it to drop for you because of the new legacy loot system.
OR have a class that can equip it in your party who would trade it to you.

you need to Q with warrios rogues or pallys in order to get it to drop, then trade to you.

As far as I know, when you go with random group, legacy loot is applied.

But when you go alone (not sure) or with anyone in your team (in this case my friend was lvl 120) and you enter the dungeon from the door, the legacy loot dissapear and you can found any kind of armor type and weapons there
