Theres also some healing nerfs. (Was gonna let a 19'er post it here so he could edit out the non important stuff, but seeing as no one posted here 30 min after I did the 30-39 section I thought Id post it here so people wouldnt go to bead before reading the news:p hehe)



Druid (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)

Feral



* Mangle (Cat Form) now deals 184% normal damage, down from 360%.

* Mangle (Bear Form) now deals 95% normal damage, down from 230%.

* Bear Form now increases Stamina by 10%, down from 25%.

* Claw now deals 77% of normal damage, down from 155%.





Restoration



* Rejuvenation now costs 26% of base mana, up from 20% of base mana.

* Heart of the Wild now increases your Stamina in bear form by 2/4/6%, down from 3/7/10%.





Hunter (Forums / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)

Marksmanship



* Aimed Shot! now deals 65% weapon damage, down from 100%.

* Steady Shot now deals 62% weapon damage, down from 100%.

* Arcane Shot now deals 61% weapon damage, down from 100%.





Survival



* Explosive Shot now scales from 42% of Ranged Attack Power, up from 22%. Base damage increased by 25%, from 558 to 697.

* Arcane Missiles base damage has been increased by 5%, from 341 to 358.

* Arcane Barrage base damage has been increased by 5%, from [ 1004 - 1228 ] to [ 1054 - 1288 ].

* Fire Power damage has been added to the tooltip - [ 1134 to 1336 ].





Frost



* Early Frost now reduces the cast time of Frostbolt by 0.3/0.6 sec, down from 0.35/0.7 sec.

* Protector of the Innocent now affects heals on any target except yourself.

* Rend base damage has been reduced by 17%, from 635 to 528. Additional bleed damage increased by 25%, from [ 8.57% of MWS * AP + 60% of MWB + 60% of mwb ] over 15 sec to [ 10.71% of MWS * AP + 75% of MWB + 75% of mwb ].

* Mortal Strike now deals 80% weapon damage, down from 185%.





Fury



* Bloodthirst now scales from 33% of Attack Power, down from 75%.

* Victory Rush now scales from 56% of Attack Power, up from 45%.

fml hahaha the fuck is this, too much nerf!!!





NOTE: Might want to add that most of these are just the new values the attacks will be at when you get the spell. Then they will scale back to the regular value as you level, even if it will lower the damage at 19 its not as bad as some of these values since you get many of these spells at a very low level. So its not all "nerfing" but also implementing the scaling-system.
 
I'm loving the changes.
 
I'm starting to like these changes more and more. With both high and low level toon more closely linked I think we will see greater balance at all levels. I'm all for less bursty fights. I love the back and forth encounters that can go either way, but, more often than not it's the more skilled player that comes out on top, not the one that got lucky with their RNG.

Oh noes I might actually have to TRY to play my Rogue now and not rely on 2 abilities to win, this sucks I quit.
 
Awesome, just discovered the power of fury warrior only for warriors to be fucked up again :( - If we can't do imminence damage then we can't do anything as warriors. Just too little abilities to do anything.. ah well.. I'm in doubt what to play now QQ :(



Paladins are going to be even more OP. Awesome.. /sigh. Think about it.. yes, they won't be FCing any more, w/e doesn't matter... why? Why is paladins now OP you say? Explanation:



Basically: Damage on EVERYTHING have been nerfed by what.. 66%? Some mad ass shit like that. So yes, paladins don't get that little 25% extra healing on themselves, but damage is nerfed accordingly... However, now EVERY heal you do on others is going to be mad as hell.. unless they nerf healing done as well (didn't see that anywhere?) Meaning a holy paladins FoL will heal 750 .. non crit.. on others... and 500 holy shocks, etc. You'll have to focus paladins down and if there's 2 of them they can just heal each other for maximum survival... gosh? :)
 
yeah that pretty much kills my level 19 warrior hopes. At least level 10 fc options are still out there......and they upped the Victory Rush damge which is one of the better abilities for level 10 warriors. :D

Acutally I think this solves a lot of problems. Avoidance twinks have always provided a nice counter to the over-abundance of rogues..............instead of overpopulating the bracket with hunters it gives other options. Now that resilience is nerfed, avoidance twinks will suffer at the hands of casters.....which should see a rise in numbers.



The main three classes that roll avoidance twinks, Rogue, Warrior, Pally, are all now without their movement altering abilities. BoF, Hamstring, and Sprint all gone. It's going to be a lot more difficult to keep everyone front facing now.



It's a win, win, .............. win.
 
I guess a lot of these changes have been removed/updated. Check MMO-Champion again.
