Dose the Rare level 24 boots still drop from Crowd Pummeler 9-60 in Gnomeregan?

That was a year ago, things have happened since then.

OnT: They should still drop, I don't think gnomer changed? Not sure tho.

Since blizzard may not allow speed stacking in 6.1 or in near future trudgers with a speed increase and stat may be best in slot for strength wearing non tanks/tanks since they scale the best. Imo

why would they not drop? There hasn't been a change to the loot table in gnomer or gnomer in general or?

^^ Correct, the boots along with hotshot's should still drop because they're both ilvl 29 and the bosses in gnomeregan are still level 29.
