does blizzard care about f2p hacking?

i just played a wsg game where the opponent hunter "moved" with my stun buff on it. he did not trinket since i didnt see no icon effect and im not lagging. he was running with the stun buff on him all along...

does blizzard actually care about f2p hacking? can i report or should i even report...? will he get punished if they find out f2p players are hacking?

I've seen this happen from time to time. On my Rogue, I would sap somebody and their character would continue to drift a couple yards due to lag.

i dont think they even care about the game in general lol and especially not f2ps
but even if its f2p, they probably still will try to ban hackers...

If you report it they will look into it trial account or not. They aren't interested in hearing feedback for trial account improvements but I think they do care about hacking in the game.

But the guy you HoJ'd is for instance.

I've seen it before also, where someone I HoJ'd is still moving. However, he was unable to attack/cast in my case so I just assumed it was lag on my end or the HoJ victim's end. I think in my case it was more of a bug/lag thing and not hacks. I don't know about yours though
