Does anyone know how to avoid Mizzen’s mail

This new Warcraft Rumble event added an NPC named Mizzen who sends mail to every character. This is a big problem for F2P accounts, as now I can’t delete any characters to reroll!

Has anyone found a way to prevent getting this mail? I made a fresh character and didn’t receive the mail for a few hours, so I’m wondering if the mails are only sent out at certain times of day.

I did stop receiving the mails. Either they aren't sending them out any longer, or completing the quests stops further mail from being sent to new characters.
