Is it possible for the quest items to titan forge to epic while leveling a DK?

yea i was just randomly thinking about it lol i never noticed if they do or not. i dont think it would make a difference tho since u replace everything with socket gear

Keep in mind though, your bis socket helm can proc epic now.

dk starting zone quest rewards are lvl locked, so are always ilvl 58. they cannot proc epic, much like class specific lvl 20 & 47 rewards never proc epic... if that's what you were asking.
