yo consider getting some hit rating, spidersilk drape + lavishly jeweled ring or spidersilk drape + hovel digger bands + wind rider wand
use minor speed to boots
get dignified headmaster charge for wep, u'll lose 4 stam but gain 3 int and 6 crit
+16 armor to legs

Having a set reliable on pots is bad.
Not if you have an unlimited supply. Why wouldn't you want to max out all stats as much as possible? I dont understand?

only thing to add to what others have said is to try and find a pair of mindthrust bracers if you choose to hit cap with lavishly jeweled ring + spidersilk.

i would recommend Magefist Gloves for a perfect transmog match.
Or you can use Captain Sander's Sash to fit better with your bloody fingers.
There are many fun rare looking mh/off h pieces tho.
