Deviate Scale Belt change

Nice! Thanks for the update. I think I might've over looked this before, but thanks!

well thar ya go. rogues and hunters rejoice.

amazing, i just read drayner's post on WOW suggestion forum, usual flamer posts follow what he said.

the same old blizzard only cares about end game and 80's crap posted by blizzard wanna-bee's.

but this belt is another point to prove them wrong, if 80's only matter to blizzard? why bother with this belt? even for players who do not twink the belt is good for many levels. someone at blizzard took the time to change a belt with +3 hit, so 80's can use it?;)

Better yet, why include the new Flashlight? the new Spider cloak? or even the buff to instance items they had awhile ago? If Blizz really only cared about end-game material than you should start at max level. There are countless ways to play a game, twinking isn't the only one, what about Roleplaying? They have entire servers dedicated to that.

Back on topic. I am glad to see that belt boosted, swapping spirit for hit is going to turn a few heads. Seeing changes like this just make me wanna play WoW again ... If only I had the money and time ... Its literally painful to read about all this stuff and know I can not be apart of it ...

Trust me, dont try it.

Anyway this belt looks like it's going to fit in to my main set with the hit rating.

well i guess the 3-piece fang set for the +4 expertise isn't going to bothered with now that those 3 extra points will be more significant to a rogue than spirit

My point was that RPing is an alternative way of playing WoW just like how Twinking is. So why do RPers get their own server and when Twinks ask for help they get cast aside? I guess the whole 'progress forward' issue does come into play, but I digress.

Nice to hear they are doing what they did with the instance items: Dropping Spirit for Hit/Expertise. Very nice.

EDIT: I know people use BoA items now, but I like the change to the shoulders.

I also like [ITEM]Spidersilk Boots[/ITEM]: 4stam, 4int, 8spell power (Now level 19)

I just wish the Spirit change would extend to the engineering goggles- I checked out mine in the PTR and Spirit is still there (booooo!)

I like the fact that blizz is actually focusing on recipes for some good new gear for the lower level brackets. It makes items more attainable for scrubs and for those with xp issues.

Blizz reason behind fixing all these items is always going to be along the lines that:

'It helps level your characters to max level faster.'

Then why not just have every start off at max level? They will eventually figure out all their spells and how to play the class once they start running around killing stuff. I really do think that Blizz does this as a way to 'silently' aid twinking but without ever acknowledgeing it. So hopefully they will list to the post Dray posted and scale down anyones proffesion buffs.
