Demonology Vs Destruction arena ?

To be honest, warlocks are not very strong in arenas without an effective healer (preferably a disc priest would be nice). I have never had success in arenas without a healer as a partner.
However, to answer your question, they both have benefits. Destruction pushes out more damage, but demonology provides more mobility with metamorphosis. I would suggest demonology for the mobility. That being said, be cautious and use LoS to your advantage. In WSG, locks are effective CC'ers with their fears and dots (to keep stealthies in combat). However, in arenas it can be frustrating.

I think both have its benefits depending on a situation, for example demo has alot of bonus armor in meta and with a good haste build you can get faster doom ticks and very fast soulfire procs.
Also a good tip i got from Dhenurd back in the day is to make a macro like this /use inherited mark of tyranny (this will temporarily increase your health by a little) > dark regen. Since warlock selfheals are based on a % of your hp so this will make the dark regen ticks stronger and a massive healthstone heal if you use it in the time that both the mark of tyrany and dark regen are still up
Also destro has ember taps wich can be usefull when you're in a bad situation i guess..
But i'd say destro has better burst and demo is better to play with a healer or something like that.
Still wont save you from pesky 4k kitty bites tho ;p
