My new favourite trinket for farming/dungeons.

This works even with xp turned off on mob/dungeon kills. The 4 buffs I was able to get on my 29 priest were:
+9 stam
+9 int
+11 spellpower
+13 haste
Nothing too crazy in terms of stats, but the buffs last 1 minute. No internal cooldown, just requires killing blows. If you have any kind of execute or just do a ton of damage in general it's not hard to keep these buffs up at all. Good dispel protection as well in terms of battlegrounds.
I'd definitely recommend one if you do any kind of pve content.
