Dancing Steel BiS?

Yeah, is it BiS for strength users? Arms, fury, ret...

It depends on preference. Different enchants have different proc per minute (PPM) rates, and also different internal ICD's. Dancing Steel doesn't seem to have any ICD, and the PPM is insanely high. But it doesn't proc the most stats.

Do some research and play with what you like. Most enchants are all viable, it's just what you prefer.

Some chants are more viable than others, from my understanding some enchants such as dancing steel got nerfed harder than ele force or crusader. I haven't had a chance to test crusader since patch but I can say that eleforce can proc hard on those rend ticks.

I don't think that Crusader got touched. Feels like the same proc rate as far as I can tell.
