Cross realm F2P party! Thoughts?

I've been playing around a bit with the new Cross Realm feature and thought it would be pretty cool to get a group together of F2Ps, across our many realms, together for duels or world PvP or some sort of event. Could meet your fellow F2Pers :)

Thoughts on this?

How/where can i acess that cross realm feature?
 
You need a P2P to do the grouping.

But you could essentially pull your entire party onto a different server.
 
Saw someone from another realm in gurbashi arena... does this mean I have to compete with other realms now as well to get trinkets?

Yes.

Although you don't have to get the trinket.

Don't expect to get AGM again ever. People are now realm-hopping within seconds to see if AGM is available every hour on every server. Pretty much every realm is a target because all it takes is 5 seconds to make a toon and hop your entire party to that server. I tested it out with 5 trial accounts and a multiboxing script I wrote. I could, in under a second, switch between 6 different realms as I pleased to check for the trinket, and grab it if it's available.
 
It doesn't matter whether the realms are linked or not. It automatically puts you on the party leader's server when you're grouped up. We've tested between both PvE and PvP realms, there are no problems transitioning between the two.

I had my 85 priest (from Shattered Hand, a PvP Server) in Duelotar on AP earlier tonight :). Making a raid group with p2ps inviting on different realms will result in everyone being put together on the same server. You can even hop between the different realms instantly by passing lead.

I can see why there's been some complaining going on about cross-realm zones, but this is honestly one of the coolest features they've added to WoW. I've had a ton of fun playing around with it so far and it adds boatloads of interesting new gameplay opportunities with friends spread out across servers.

Ever is a long time. I'd say don't expect this to last. Stranglethorn, especially The Cape, should be excluded from being cross realm. You could also catch forty tasty fish and hand them in, probably before the competition even starts. At the very least as soon as it starts.

Considering that was for BGs, and BGs were always possible with Real ID, this has absolutely no impact on that. The main reason it was AP because it was easier to organize.

It would work. That's actually why Stranglethorn is such a bad idea for cross realm. Catch tasties on one realm, turn them in on another. Win before the competition even starts.
