Crazy Twink in XPON

Played healer in the XPOn queue. Saw one of my alliance team member having something crazier than real xpoff twinks. How is this possible?

Its a current exploit u can do with them and yes it works

use it to bully levelers as if u are a twink - yes
use it to level a character from 1 - 120 in a week- suicidal
