hey im what types of food and drinks people use i cant find a good food for my holy pally to eat thats not outrageously overpriced flasks are pricy too so i save them for full twink groups

they are all outrageous price flasks and foods, because they're the best there is and become available at our bracket and stay the best for a long while afterwards.

There are distilled wisdom flasks, 52 int. buff
Supreme power flasks, 56 Spellpower buff
Flask of the titans, 356 I believe HP buff
Arcane Intellect buff from borean tundra +49 int buff
Many different foods for 7int/7vers

Those are the ones that come to mind that would benefit a Hpal

the mats for greater intellect and shadow power elixirs are much cheaper than the flasks, and still great

okay thanks ive i also noticed a food from DMF that gives i think 20 vers but its expencive

sadly holy pally does not use any fire spells .. otherwise you can use stuff like Flame Cap that gives 49 fire spell power with chance to hit for additional 7 fire dmg, the best part is they dont stack with anything, so it doesnt affect all your potions .. also if you are a belf race you can use Bloodthistle that gives you 10 spellpower .. and then there is the Chipped Power Core .. all these you need to test, used them long long ago, dont know if they still work now

so the DMF is going on and you can get food and cheap flasks for fish and DM prize tickets stock up while its in town

flame cap and core dont stack. Flame caps do stack with trinkets, racials and salt pots.

true. and even though its am easy farm you can only carry one so its a mail box stacking nightmare for 1 9 spell power buff for 30 sec. i have about 13 left just sitting in mailbox

you can keep them inside guild bank ? or personal bank ? they stack there right ? i know not in the bags
