Is it still possible to get conq points at level 70?. I have heard that losing rbgs gives some. If there is any other way to get i would love to hear it.

It had to of been, because I know someone who has the Tyrannical Glad's cloak x-mogged and it cost 1k conquest. I don't really know the story here but I want one u.u
