Confused at lvl 24 with gear shift.

I’m running a hunter at 24 to farm and arena if I get bored. I notice that all the harmonious and peerless gear are gone and replaced with what seems to be the vers/crit or vers haste.

I am still using harmonious mainly and I can’t tell if it really matters but I’m confused. Is this the time I need to switch to vers?

low enough to use mastery but high enough to not need it?

some slots can use ROTP II crafted when you hit lvl23, most of these crafted has gem sockets .. when crafting, you can keep making until you get max mast min versa harmon gears
