I feel like rogue is a really expensive twink. Normally, some classes can get away without being BiS (i.e boomkins don't need Woodworking gloves etc. to be succesful), however, I do feel like rogue needs really good gear in order to be successful. With that said, you don't necessarily need full Blackened Defias. You should however look into getting a 2nd Argas, or the shipyard BoA ring from the garrison. In your case (since I am assuming that obtaining full Defias is not a possibility), I would also go with gloves of the fang instead of your current Defias gloves. Also, Touch of the Void is pretty bad. The only use I can see for it, is maybe when EFC is at high stacks and you're going for an ultimate oneshot, and he doesn't have displacer up for your tentacles etc. In my honest opinion though, I wouldn't use it regardless. It does however look like you're going for a balanced kind of set. And in that case, the trinket doesn't fit at all.
I'll try make a possible update on what you could do with current obtainable gear (will include the unobtainable Defias BoE pieces, since you can still get them from the Auction House).
Balanced Set:
Head: Stained Shadowcraft Cap.
Neck: Eternal Will of the Martyr (Gift of Versatility Enchant).
Cloak: Inherited Cape of the Black Baron (Gift of Versatility Enchant).
Shoulders: Stained shadowcraft Spaulders (Greater Tiger Claw Insription).
Chest: Gloomshroud Armor. (Peerless Stats Enchant).
Wrist: Black Wolf Bracers (Greater Agility Enchant).
Gloves: Gloves of the Fang (Crusher Enchant).
Belt: Vigorous Belt of the Bandit / Blackened Defias Belt (Get Defias if possible).
Legs: Stained Shadowcraft Pants (Shadowleather Leg Armor - not sure how your current one is at 19? But this is the one people seem to go with).
Feet: Feet of The Lynx (or Defias boots, but Defias doesn't matter if you're not gonna obtain 5-set) (Minor Speed enchant).
Rings: Signet of Argas x2 / Signet of Argas + BoA Ring (Gift of Versatility Enchant).
Weapons: Shadowfang x2 (Talon of Vultros + Goblin Screwdriver/Assin's Blade for assassination).
Trinkets: Insignia & AGM, or Insignia + Tyranny.

Ignore the full Blackened Defias (except for the pieces u can still obtain, or get from the AH).
It is important to note that everything is situational, and you should swap your gear depending on what situation you find yourself in. Also, swap trinkets around depending on CD's etc.
