I'm about to roll a lock and was wondering if anyone knows whether this can proc off of dots? If so, potential double ele force/satyr procs could be hella nice.
Don't wanna buy it and test it though 'cause I'M BROKE.

It doesn’t proc, it’s broken. If it haven’t been fixed lately, but I’m 99% sure it’s not

Even if the proc works, Zealot Blade would be better simply because of it’s stats.

Though ilvl 35 Shadowmancer is BiS for sham and druid since they cant use the 28 int wand or zealot blade.

Tested on sham and it didn’t work, was excited about this one too in early xpac.

venomstrike for 19s got maximum damage lower than heirloom (14 vs 17)
idk if proc is working though

39s tested venomstrike when 8.1 dropped. Did not proc
