Classic Vanilla or TBC for 39s?

Greetings ladies and gentlemen!

I would like to ask your opinions concerning the 39s bracket in the upcoming situation of likely TBC servers. I almost cannot play anymore so I decided I would just make a 39 and casually do some BGs. Which place is the best in your opinion concerning (fast) queues? As ranked between:

A) Classic forever server
B) Classic fresh server
C) TBC progression server (from Classic Vanilla)
D) TBC fresh

My take (but the point is I don't know): C > D > B > A.

What do you think? Again solely regarding BG queues.

Bonus: I'm very familiar with Vanilla but haven't twinked in TBC. Are there big differences? Apart from queues, is there a good reason to chose one over the other?

39s were soooo good in BC. Wpvp was also fun as 39s. Was in a guild called shake n bake and some of the most fun i’ve had twinking. I hope we can migrate 39s to BC

There are huge differences between vanilla and TBC twinking. TBC really makes a huge difference between a leveler and a twink, meanwhile in classic it's pretty much equal, kind of hard to 1vs2 decent geared levelers.

Some items that may be useless in vanilla become improved and BiS in TBC.

but what causes the biggest between TBC and vanilla is the TBC enchants.

TBC is the prime expansion for twinking, without a doubt. The only thing that worries me are indeed the queue times, because I am aware of that TBC isn't as popular as other expansions when it comes to private servers. It's the levelers who make our queue times worth twinking. So I just hope people want to level and play in TBC Classic

twinking in general was superpopular in TBC tho. I would say 1/3 of all lvl 70s in retail had a twink

I played 29 and 39 during TBC, they were far superior to any other twinks. You can easily take out 70s at level 39 unless they're fully Heroic geared.

That said, back then, most people couldn't afford good enchants. I don't know how that will be on the new realms.

my old 39 bc rogue could 1 v 2 level 50s / 60S and my 39 priest could tank kill new geared level 70s
Also my 49 lock was a god

For example, while TBC pvp looks appealing, the 39s queue on a progressed server would probably be very long...
