Make sure you are logged in, then go to the character planner. Click the browse tab that is located on the same bar as talents, import, save etc. Make sure you have the "Only my files" filter set to 'yes' then click search.
I couldn't possibly tell you, partly to keep the suspense, and partly because I don't know
