Chardev dodge/crit calculation?

Is there something I'm missing or does it just not work right? My melee crit and dodge are way off here.

You should have about 30 - 40% crit and 30 - 40% dodge. Now, have 2 weapons with +15 agi and you'll push around 60% for both. :3

That is my real level for skinning right now, and once I get low enough I do replace the furbolg pouch with my offhand with +15agi, but the numbers for crit and dodge still aren't right. In game with the furbolg pouch and 80 skinning, my crit is around 27% and dodge is around 35%. Chardev is saying 5.27 and 4.34.
