New item give 1000 honor to any lvl twinks i only tried it on my 70 twink. cost me 17k to buy the item they will prob go down in the furture. just a quick tip!

There is nothing of use you can purchase for conquest points as a level 70 (yet). However, if you buy 27 of these things and use one each week (because they count as part of your weekly cap) you could get the Wild Conquest - Achievement - World of Warcraft achievement. That's assuming we actually do gain conquest points from it though, which I haven't tested.

Another interesting similar item to note is Medallion of the Legion - Item - World of Warcraft.
This is interesting because the new Tanaan Jungle factions do not have level requirements on their tabards, as opposed to every other WoD rep so far.
I haven't done a great deal of research, but I THINK that the faction specific reps (Hand of the Prophet+Vol'jin's Headhunters) require quests to unlock, meaning their tabards are unoptainable for level 70s.
But I can confirm that the following tabards are obtainable:
Saberstalkers Tabard - Item - World of Warcraft
Order of the Awakened Tabard - Item - World of Warcraft

Note that you don't even have to buy the medallions to get the rep, you can just farm them by grouping with lvl 100s killing mobs.

You can even buy Oil... don't kow wh you would but you can!

The honor points are especially useful for dead brackets (30, 40, 50, 60) as you can't get any honor points there anymore, especially if you're close to leveling up.
