On MMO-Champion and else where, they have reported all the new cataclysm class changes so far. They list both when spells are learned and all the talent tree stuff, so check it out.
What I noticed mostly was how much stuff will be taken away, pretty much every class was nerfed in some way and it seems like the bracket will need to change to stay the way it is.

I can not see how this does not kill the point of twinking at 39, which is the semi balance and access to most of the fun spells?
