Capped XP Battlegrounds Avoid?

Seen some people xp locked in the 49 bracket.. wonder if theres a new work around? Its the buff “someone in your group disabled xp” if so whats the sauce now?

This has been around for a long time, I wont go into the details in how you do it since I am pretty sure its against the rules to do so.

Its an exploit that requires violation of the EULA/TOS. Its not really "new" as some manner of this exploit has existed since they segregated xp-on and xp-off ques. This newer iteration, however, requires (at least afaik) a full on character transfer, among other things.

the people who engage in this particular degree of scumbag behavior are pretty tight lipped about it (for obvious reasons) so youre unlikely to find any public explanation of how its done.
