Can't enter keep at level 10

been working on a resto shaman twink but when i went to enter the dungeon to get the helm i noticed that it wanted me to be level 20 to enter. is there something that I need to do beforehand? i set it to wrath timewalking

What keep? Utgarde Keep is min level 10.

Were you trying to enter Heroic? Make sure your Dungeon Difficiulty is set to Normal. Are you in Chromie Time?

Were trying to enter into Pinnacle by chance?
Utgarde Keep entrance in in the basement.

yeah i think i was trying the first entrance that saw since it had been awhile. its really weird tho because it gave me the error saying you need to be level 20 to enter uk

Utgard Pinnacle is level 20 mandatory.

yeah i was using the wrong entrance before but found the right one and managed to get it thanks.
