Can you get Sinrunner Blanchy as F2P?

Not sure if it's been tested yet.
Wowhead says 10, but I'd take that with a grain of salt. Also keep in mind blanchy is sometimes up in one phase, but not in another. So checking both in and out of chromie time is worth it.
He also takes several days or weeks of camping to complete this. Spawn time is about every 2-4 hours, so have patience.
