EU+US Can someone please explain why this is happening?

Whenever I try to queue on my free to play vet character, it comes up with "Starter edition accounts cannot perform that action"

before your paid sub ends you need to turn the experience gain on for your level 20 vet characters or you will not be able to queue

you can try a ticket to solve this, or resub and fix
